Had a long sweat session/hand review with a guy Jake introduced me to awhile back (Serg), went very well and he evaluated my game and opened my eyes to a lot of leaks in my game. I took a lot away from it and I hope I can keep my game as solid as it was today.

I was content with my play today. I played solid and only lost two pots that were over 25bbs, unfortunately these were both my full stack to absolute fish playing every hand they are dealt. So final thoughts are I am happy with my game and I definitely am keeping my losses to a minimum minus these two big hands (which happened simultaneously unfortunately). I am still happy with my move up to 25nl and plan on putting in many more hours until I successfully beat it. I'm also down a little over 5 buy ins in EV after 16,000 hands so far (which would put me in the positive for overall 25nl results). I hope this will mean I'm due for running largely above EV and even things out. Looking forward to the future of playing as I'm enjoying myself more playing this way and really thinking through things much better which is a great challenge.

I was very happy with my play today. I ran exactly at EV and I played very well. I've changed up my game drastically along with keeping the number of tables to a max of 9 or 10 and focusing more on +EV decisions, when to cbet/value bet/etc. I believe if I can stick to this play I will be beating 25nl in no time.

Feel like I finally got my game back. Made some good decisions and had a good mindset through out my session. Lost a buy in near the end of my session to an Ace high flush while I had a Queen high flush so I'm still happy with my results even though I could have done a bit better results wise. Hopefully this will be a start of a comeback and I'll be able to regain momentum and keep having winning days.

If I get dealt aces they call my 3 bet with Q9o and flop a straight or two pair. I shove over their flop raise and cool they runner runner a flush. Like really?
